Your project will begin upon confirmation from our payment provider that valid payment details have been supplied for the service that you have selected to purchase. Confirmation that the project has commenced will be sent by our team normally within 2-3 working days.

You will be informed that your account has been activated by an e-mail sent to your nominated e-mail account, which will contain details of how your project will proceed.

If you have not received confirmation that your project has begun within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us using the form on our contact page.

Returning an item

The services sold on this website are by their nature non-returnable. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the service after your purchase, you may receive a full refund on your initial payment by cancelling your project before confirmation of project commencement has been sent.  This will result in immediate closure of your project.  You may cancel your project after receiving the confirmation email from our team, but will not receive a refund for past payments after this confirmation has been received because it means that work has already begun on your project.  See cancellation details below.

Cancellation of an item

You may cancel your project at any time and no further payment will be taken from you once your cancellation has been confirmed.

Cancellation of your project will result in the immediate termination of the service.  Your project data, and any information contained therein may be immediately erased from our system.  It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have copies of any important data regarding your project prior to cancellation. Cancellation of a project at any stage before the final payment has been received by our payment provider, will mean that you forfeit ownership of any aspect of the project and copyright of all work will remain the property of Scamper Ltd.
